Thank you for shopping with TEN Skyncare! If you are not completely satisfied with your TEN purchase or gift, we are here to help.
Please contact customer care for return authorization and shipping information within 30 days of purchase. Without proper authorization, an accurate tracking of returns cannot be guaranteed. If an item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately here.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable, unfortunately, we are not able to be held responsible for return shipping.
You have 30 days from the date purchased to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Empty or significantly used containers will not be eligible for return. Once packaged item is given to USPS, TEN Skyncare cannot be held responsible if item becomes lost or stolen.
Once we receive your item, a refund will be initiated for the full amount with the payment method used during the initial purchase process.
TEN Skyncare retains the right to deny refunds.
Non-refundable Items Include:
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Products that have been significantly used
- Returns on partial sets
- Returns or exchanges from unauthorized TEN Skyncare retailers
- Original shipping paid
We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges. TEN Skyncare is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Any item(s) received more than 30 days after the purchase date cannot be returned.
